Absolutely. To meet specific lighting or contrast standards in industrial vision fields, our engineers leverage our comprehensive, factory-level ISP tuning services. We can tweak the firmware algorithms to optimize color rendering, sharpness, and low-light exposure thresholds for your specific deployment environment.
Our automated facilities support a stable mass production capacity of 80,000 units per month. For standard high resolution usb camera module configurations, sample evaluation lots can be shipped within days. For custom FPC tooling or specialized lens alignment, our R&D cycle delivers prototypes within 2-3 weeks.
The CK-USB-4K-V2.0 delivers up to 3840 × 2160 MJPEG video at 30 fps. Actual performance should be validated with the selected USB interface, cable, host hardware and software.
USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 configurations are available according to the project requirement. Confirm the required output format, frame rate, cable length and host controller before selecting the interface version.
Android compatibility depends on USB OTG support, UVC support, available USB power and the application software. Testing with the final Android device is recommended before production.
Yes. CK Vision can evaluate alternative FOV, focal length, close-focus distance, fixed-focus and autofocus configurations according to the target distance and visible area.
Please provide the required resolution, frame rate, interface, host system, PCB dimensions, cable length, connector, FOV, working distance, estimated quantity and target production schedule.
1. Sony IMX415 4K Image Sensor
The module uses the Sony IMX415, a 1/2.8-inch CMOS image sensor with approximately 8.46 million effective pixels. It provides 3840 × 2160 image output for applications that require more visual detail than a conventional 1080p camera.
2. 4K Video at up to 30 fps
The CK-USB-4K-V2.0 outputs 3840 × 2160 MJPEG video at up to 30 fps. The actual frame rate and stability should be validated with the selected USB interface, cable length, host hardware and application software.
3. Autofocus from 5 cm to Infinity
The autofocus lens configuration is designed to capture subjects from approximately 5 cm to infinity. Fixed-focus, close-focus and alternative field-of-view configurations can also be evaluated for OEM projects.
4. Low-Distortion Optical Configuration
The standard lens is designed for applications where image geometry and edge detail are important. The published distortion value must be confirmed with the final lens configuration because FOV, lens choice and focus structure can affect optical distortion.
5. USB Compatibility for Embedded Systems
The module can be configured for USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 integration and is powered by a 5 V USB supply. Compatibility with Windows, Linux, macOS and Android should be validated on the customer’s final host system.
6. Custom Hardware and Image Parameters
CK Vision supports customization of the PCB/FPC outline, connector, cable, lens, FOV, focus distance, IR filter and image parameters. This allows the camera module to be adapted to the target enclosure and imaging environment.
